OUR MISSION

Our core team grew up in North Islington council housing, facing many of the same challenges today's young people experience. That lived experience shapes everything we do.
We reject the label 'hard to reach' in our experience, these are often the most important voices in the room, and the most failed by the adults around them.
We understand what can often stem from unresolved trauma or Complex PTSD so rather than criminalising it, we meet young people where they are.
ACCESS
Postcode should never determine potential. Yet in London, access to opportunity remains deeply unequal and we refuse to accept that.
We also know that not every young person feels safe travelling even minutes from home. That is not a personal failing. It is a reality that too many services choose to ignore. Every community deserves access to creative tools and equipment, but most importantly, the right people to deliver them.
We are on a mission to change that, one community at a time.
BUSINESS
Early in our careers the music industry exploited many of us because nobody taught us what we needed to know. Decades later, little has changed.
Many education services sell young people into creative industries without ever teaching them how to survive it. Schools prioritise employment over empowerment, and something as vital as financial literacy remains an afterthought.
We make sure our members know better. The right knowledge does not just create opportunity. It exposes the traps dressed up as one.
